Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2–7 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue.
3. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at jasminefraserart@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, except to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.
5. Will I have to pay duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders if they haven’t entered production yet (usually within 12 hours of purchase). Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
7. Do you take custom art requests?
Currently, we focus on launching our signature designs. However, stay tuned—custom commissions may open in the future!
